Soehn to Miss Match
D.C. United Coach Tom Soehn will not guide the MLS club tonight against the Los Angeles Galaxy at RFK Stadium because of flu-like symptoms. He has undergone testing to determine whether he contracted the H1N1 virus, also known as swine flu. Results are expected Monday.
As a precaution, some team officials who work closely with Soehn have been prescribed medication. No one else associated with United has shown any similiar signs of illness.
Soehn arrived at RFK on Friday morning but did not feel well and went home before practice began. Assistants Chad Ashton and Mark Simpson will be in charge against the Galaxy.
