Goodson was MOTM for IK Start yesterday.

I'll bet he put a few good hits on Farve.

Reading the comments that were misunderstood and or not really true anyway - I get the feeling that Beckham to AC Milan in January features Ronaldinho to Galaxy.

Also wondering where Ruud van Nistelrooy ends up in MLS. He's hurt and unwanted at Real Madrid but probably has a year or two to donate to MLS provided there is a team willing to pay top dollar for old legs.

=====================

Precedent holds that those hurt and unwanted at RM end up in LA (OK, one precedent). RvN would sell a lot of jerseys. Not as many as Beckham, but more than other DPs.

It's Favre.

Also, being a Dutchman, van Nistleroy would be ticketed for New York.

So...hwat's the deal with Feilhaber's suspension? Red card? Accumulated yellows? "Personal matter"?

Speaking of "personal" matters, will Bradley be allowed to take the pitch in a German Cup match, or is he done there?

@OWNTF -- Thank you for the "Special" message. Made my morning to have a link to some good, classic music, for a change.

Found this among the videos listed there:

Lily Allen joining The Specials for "Gangsters". She's just been given a huge boost up my coolness ladder.

So what's everyone thinking for the two United matches this week? For me it depends entirely on the health of Namoff, Jakovic, and Burch. I don't think any of these 3 need to be starting on Thursday if not 100%. I'm just hoping maybe 2 of them can start on Sunday?

I'll keep posting this until Goff notices/responds -

Goffino - what has happened to your Live Online Chats every other week? Another victim of budget cuts at the Past, er, uh Post? It seems like at least 2 months since you've been on for what used to be a regular Wednesday feature. With the MLS playoff races heating up and the European leagues in full swing this is the time we need you live!

"a team willing to pay top dollar for old legs"

Emilio's salary could be off the books next year. maybe Ruud could provide some tuutelage for young Pontius.

@Reignking - yeah i got burned by that, too. Midtjylland was winless on the road before yesterday (the game was actually @ Aarhus).

On matters financial -- San Jose announced it will cut ticket prices by as much as 40 percent for next season. Season-ticket prices will be available for as low as $12 a game, single-game tickets for as little as $20.

If DC United does something comparable, I promise to upgrade from half-season to full-season.

I hope it's over 3.

I walked away from a scoreless game for 15 minutes....

Racing is lucky it's not 4-0. Ibra was not offside.
