Genewells, He could be South American, as in Brazilian. Or of Colombian descendancy. Why do you assume African?

As we refer to African Americans, he may be African Argentinian and of course a citizen of Argentina.

African-Argentinian people is very rare in Argentina. What player are you refering to?
