Hopefully all of the DCU game, but if it gets to 3-0 again i'm shutting it off.

Who's watching Houston v SaltLake on ESPN2?

Jameson Olave must have just set an MLS record by committing 2 fouls which led to penalty kicks about 3 minutes apart. Brad Davis converted both to give Houston a 2-1 lead.

Ching went down in the 1st half clutching his hamstring and was subbed out for a very fat looking Luis Landin.

61' right now.

Surprisingly, watching the end of the RSL/Houston in my mother in laws living room in Raleigh. Probably watch ManU/Chelsea on Saturday unless we stay out late on Friday night.

Still trying to investigate the possibilities of finding a bar with Direct Kick down here where I might be able to watch the United match on Saturday night. I've got a lead or two, does anyone else know of any bars in the triangle area who might have it going on?

Thanks

Yeah, that should've been a red to Espindola. That was ridiculous.

Excitement at the final bell in Robertson Stadium. Fabian Espindola uses the Flying Side Suplex Half Nelson move to drive Boswell into the left turnbuckle. Ref Jair Marrufo is distracted by a pretty girl in the stands during the festivities and then restores order by giving both players yellow cards.

Houston wins 2-1.

Yeah, "Fabian" needs to be fined for that. Boswell played the ball perfectly and Fabian went all "Josh Wicks" on him.

Chivas vs Gals is a "SuperClasico"? Can't we have criteria for that? I propose at least a 50 year rivalry.

The marketing folks are putting it on the same level as Real Madrid v Barca .. sad.

Has anyone figured out this Match Day Live thing on the worthless MLSSoccer site? I thought you were supposed to be able to pay for a single 24 hour window? If worse come to worse for me on Saturday evening I wouldn't mind paying $5 to watch a decent feed of the United match.

Yeah they finally have scores on MLSsoccer.com!

Somehow Houston was able to beat SLC 2-1 despite the game details indicating that Houston didn’t score any goals and Javier Morales scored at least 10 goals (now its showing closer to 20) at the 17:18 mark for SLC.

That must have been an amazing game. It’s the first time I have heard of a ref recalling 2 goals and giving a team 10+ points for one goal.

For the love of god, on this good Friday, please bring back MLSnet.com. It was complete crap but at least it worked.

Fulham, on tape delay....again. DC United, live from the Nest!

@DadRyan - with DC United up against the NCAA tournament, and Duke playing at 8 pm there's probably not a bar in North Carolina that will show the United game. Hopefully, you can find a 14 year old who can figure out the Match Day live thing.

There are soccer friendly bars here, as I said I have leads on one bar in particular that had the Direct Kick package last year. Thanks for the reminder that it's a long shot though, that was a lot of help.... Lol.

@DadRyan - I blame my brother, who lives in Raleigh. I called him to see if he could help, he just laughed at me. He just doesn't understand!

Meanwhile I'm laughing at the abundance of Donk Cars and Bologna is Back advertisements at Biscuitville. Who cares about Duke anyway?
