Apparently we'll find out the England team in about an hour...
Maybe we'll see our line-up around the same time?

Looks like a good atmosphere brewing there, Jacob.

You can stream the game on your phone. Or so I've been told numerous times by Martin Tyler. You still in VA?

it is somewhat humbling to see a guy like milito coming off the bench. when he can't crack a lineup, you have some real firepower.

Or your manager is daft.

ok, so which italian team is going to shell out 20 million for that nigerian keeper?

Argentina should be up by 3 goals.

With his attempt to scrub up and wear a suit today, Maradona reminds me of Wilbur "Shooter" Fly from Hoosiers. Only Shooter had some actual tactics to rely on.

Interesting as to how the Argentine players seem to ignore their coach. They are letting Nigeria hang on a bit too long and may pay the price.

Messi has been let down by his fellow attackers today. Argentina wil have to sharpen up if they're going anywhere this tournament.

yea, verily. ;-)
but kudos to nigeria. the announcers keep sucking up to argentina -- who have done splendidly -- but I think nigeria has done quite well.

Yeah. Maradona needs to run the picket fence.

Messi should have been ejected

Argentina definitely good enough to make qarterfinals. They play defense like Italy. Well, that may be because they are Italian...

The security is about to start turning people away. Two and a half hours before kickoff.

Goff tweets buzz is Onyewu and Clark starting. Not Findley. No word on whether this is Google Buzz, vuvuzela buzz, or hangover from aforementioned South African wine.
