Video: U.S. World Cup team on Jon Stewart Show
This is brilliant....
John Oliver: "There are no easy games in international football anymore, apart from the U.S., and you never get to play yourself. Is that fair?"
Stuart Holden: "..........."

Can't believe I forgot to record that! I'll have to set one of today's replays.

Nice editing -- made it look as if we did well against the Czechs. Just wait until someone posts the Mark Fisher diatribe from Colbert.

OMG that was hilarious!!! I would love to get some reaction to fans in England if they could see this.
As a US fan I'm sure it was a bit difficult for the players to do this piece lol.

Either Holden is a very good actor or he was barely keeping it together in front of Oliver there. He looked genuinely pissed. LOL

the only way that could have been better is if the last scene of john oliver being chased by US fans had included that song from "benny hill" in the background.

LOVED the segment, especially Oliver's double-bird to Sam's Army at the Czech game. I was hoping to see DeMerit play it up a little more, with a tear or a sniffle when he faced the camera. Colbert's segment was great, too.
