Pablo Hernandez joins D.C. United
Forward Pablo Hernandez has officially joined D.C. United on loan from Uruguay's Club Defensor Sporting after receiving his international transfer certificate. Like fellow transfer Branko Boskovic, Hernandez will be available tonight against the Seattle Sounders.
The 23-year-old Argentine national scored three goals in 11 games with Defensor Sporting in 2009-10 and two goals in 14 games with Racing Montevideo in 2008-09. Both clubs are in Uruguay's top division. He started his pro career with Atletico Tucuman in the Argentine third division.
