Mayor Fenty is gone! I know it was of little consequence but I would like to think that United's supporters had a little something to do with voting Mayor Backstabber out of office.

Fenty is going to have lot more time to catch up on all the televised international soccer games!
Surely, 16th place DC United can't be called irrevelant after Preki and Fenty lost their jobs on the same day.

Not that it will help DCU, but glad to see he lost.

Re: the mayor race.
Fenty put DC's belongings in the suitecase.
Gray now gets to zip the bag shut, put the luggage tag on it and throw it on the next Acela train bound for Baltimore.

Man...wish I had Direct Kick, so I could watch that San Jose-Philadelphia tilt...

Man... I sure wish Comcastsportsnet hadn't dicked me this year and decided picking up one live Champions League match a week wasn't worth their money or time.
Luckily I'll be able to watch a replay of Twente/Inter tomorrow night...:(
