Power Outages Begin
These numbers will fluctuate wildly all day. Right now, Pepco is reporting about 3,000 are without power in DC, Montgomery and PG counties. Dominion Virginia Power shows about 28,000 out throughout Virginia, mostly in the southeastern part of the state.
