School Closings -- Smart Move or Panic?
Hundreds of schools nationwide are closing and sending kids home, as this Washington Post article details.
But is this smart? It can superficially seem like the right thing to do, but how do we know this is (a) not an over-reaction and (b) likely to help even if the threat is as real as people fear?
