Should Joe Biden be VP of Las Vegas?

With tongue planted firmly in cheek, Las Vegas has found a creative way to capitalize on the swine flu outbreak. In full page newspaper ads running today, the state known for fun and games pokes a bit of fun at Vice President Biden's poorly chosen words of advice to travelers. Recall that Biden said in a network television interview last week that he was advising his family members to stay away from confined spaces such as airplanes or subways. Oooops, said the White House, he didn't quite mean it that way.

"Mr. Vice President, if you had said it here, no one would have known," says the ad, below a photograph of a grim-faced Biden. "What happens here, stays here. Only Vegas."
