Here's a factor Prisbell and I hadn't considered regarding tomorrow's game: revenge. In 1947, the Terps ended Delaware's 32-game winning streak. The Wilmington News-Journal recounts that game here.
Says current Blue Hens Coach K.C. Keeler: "Maybe we need to take revenge for the 1947 Hens."
Considering it's fairly unlikely any of the parents of the Delaware players were alive for that game, I'm not sure that will last four quarters.
