Fitness Challenge Update
Just a quick update, because some have asked: Yes, the Fitness Challenge is on, and will probably take place during the bye week. Wash Times reporter Patrick Stevens has accepted my challenge by issuing a statement through one of his handlers.
The task: 14 100-yard runs in 15 seconds. 35 seconds rest in between. All reporters are welcome to compete.
100 of 105 Maryland players have passed the test.

I thought it was 18 seconds per 100-yards?

You're right, it did say 18 seconds for 100 yards before...I don't know what happened. 15 seconds should still be possible, but I don't see some of the OL and DL doing 14 of them with only 35 sec rest in between. Maybe I'm wrong. I'll try it this or next weekend.
