A Turnover for Maryland but No Harm Done
After a 32-yard pass to Darrius Heyward-Bey on third down, Chris Turner threw a five-yard toss to Torrey Smith, which would have been great for the Terps, except for Smith fumbled the ball and Cal recovered.
No harm done, though, as Riley continues to be erratic with his passes. Three and out for the Bears.
On third downs so far, Maryland has converted 4 of 4. Cal has gone 0 of 4.

I am all Terps, but after watching Javid Best hurl in 720p, I hope the kid is all right.
