Opening Drive

A man in a red cape came out ahead of the Maryland players as they entered the the stadium right before game time. He held a sign that read "ACC #1" on one side and "Smack the Pac" on the other.

After Jahvid Best had a sizable run called back due to a holding penalty, Maryland linebacker Moise Fokou recorded the team's first sack of the season, which led to a Cal punt.

The Terps offense looks very efficient, marching down the field before running back Da'Rel Scott scampered into the end zone from 24 yards out.
