Terps Lead, 20-17
Wow. Memorial Stadium is silent, except for some boos. Da'Rel Scott just scored on a one-yard touchdown run to put the Terps ahead with 10:25 remaining. A big play came moments earlier, when Chris Turner dropped the snap, managed to pick up the ball and threw to Danny Oquendo, who was tackled at the 1.
Maryland was dominated in the first half statistically. Now the Terps are ahead. Can they hang on?

Lousy tackling on the 3rd and 18. Nice stop on 4th down

Unreal. There's absolutely no way we played well enough to deserve winning this game -- but Tommy Bowden has proven yet again that he is the best underachiever in coaching.
The defense stepped up huge in the 2nd half. It makes no sense why they can't play a consistently good football game.
I'll take it, I guess.
