Wanted: Feedback, Please

Hello, everyone. Today marks the one-week birthday of Terrapins Insider, and I was wondering what everyone thought. I want to make this venue as strong as I can over the course of the season, and I am looking for feedback and comments. What do you want to see more of?

We had 61 entries in the first week, an average of almost nine per day. I will do my best to top that over the next week. I thank everyone for their comments and e-mails this past week. If anyone wants to chime in with ideas, suggestions or comments about the blog, please either post comments here or email me at prisbelle@washpost.com. Thanks a lot.

I’m going to be posting a schedule of what’s ahead for the week soon. And I will be posting a transcript from the Middle Tennessee State’s coach’s teleconference in about two hours.

Great info and love it.> Also - maybe you can get some sense into Ralph Friedgen's head.. He seems to suffer from Al Groh itis...

Content has been great. My request would be to put the entire article on the RSS feed rather than just the first few lines.

News about any other team other then VaTech is rare down here and as a Maryland Alum I truly welcome your informed insight and the feedback from the passionate bloggers. Occassional pieces about the other fall sports (soccer, field hockey) could provide some balance and might expand your readership. Either way, great job!

Eric: Your coverage and comments are outstanding. This is the best Terp coverage in the area. Keep up the good work!!!

So far, pretty good. I do have one complaint and it is not just with you. Nobody seems to ask Ralph any hard questions. For example: Ralph you said that you are worried about Scott having to carry too much of the load in parctice and games. If Scott was getting tired and had an infection, why didn't Megget get more carries? Or I know that the running game was working really well on Saturday and knowing you had that to fall back on why didn't you find out if the rest of the offense works?

Loving the blog and all things Terp. Get it as much exposure as possible, possibly ads at Byrd on jumbotron to increase clicks and get word out. Also, maybe do some live blogging from the parking lots before the game? A little tailgating fan perspective. Thanks to you and the Post for the coverage!

I'd actually like fewer but longer posts, mostly because this blogging software makes it so difficult to easily access the next-newest posts after the first page.

I'd also like some stuff on locker-room antics or quirky habits of te players, as it arises.

I'm glad this is up, because I think MD gets overshadowed by other schools in the posts coverage.

It is especially helpful to me since I moved to the college football wasteland of Philadelphia a few years ago.

If anybody is interested there is a post on collegefootballtalk.com about the quality of the ACC, and a link to an article in the Charlotte paper about it. There is an item about skydvers who landed Duke's stadium instead of UNC's.

I would rate your coverage of the Terps as superlative compared to the compeition, the Washington Times and Baltimore Sun.

I'd like to see more coverage of the offensive and defensive strategies employed by both the Terps and their opponents as well as in-game adjustments.

This blog has been timely and informative. I enjoyed hearing Ralph's comment's regarding the QB's play. Thanks!

Love the blog, since the end of last week, I've tried to check it every day at least twice.
