14-0 Cavaliers, Here We Go Again?

Virginia QB Marc Verica just ran it in from five yards out to give the Cavaliers a stunning 14-0 lead. It's still early, but no one quite saw this coming.

So far, Virginia has a 51-yard touchdown pass and a 12-play drive.

It's this type of lack of consistancy is why the Terps do not deserve to be ranked. They too often play with little urgency or intensity. Somebody better light a fire under their arses before this becomes anoter Middle Tenn debacle.

Surprise, surprise. The team comes out flat, expecting that they can throw their damn helmets out on the field and an inferior opponent will scurry away in fear.

Glad Fridge got this team's attention. It's not like we lost to a crap team on the road already this year...oh, wait...

This just seems too similar to the Delaware or MTSU. Terps play to the level of their competition and just don't seem to care about any team they are favored against. Maybe the Terps should have been 2 TD underdogs.

I've resisted the' fire the fridge' bandwagon but he didn't help himself out w/ this egg tonight. IMO this is worse than the Middle Tennessee loss. Truly woeful.

I loved this result.

Virginia -- 31
Maryland -- 0 (zero - zip - zilch - nada)

Maryland's - Defensive and Offensive lines and Linebacking corp are the worst in College Football.

I have seen harder hitting teams in powder puff leagues.

Maryland's recruiting efforts are going to take a major hit with this result.

Wake Forest -- 34
Maryland -- 10

Maryland will finish with a 5-7 record.

I am happy that Maryland is no longer recruiting Tavon Austin.

Jelani Jenkins, Travis Hawkins and Isaac Holmes will be signing with the University of Florida.

Go Tar Heels !
