A Little Rusty
The men's team scrimmage began with a couple of missed alley-hoop attempts, and the team did not find much rhythm in the transition game. But Adrian Bowie looked impressive. He said Thursday his confidence really improved over the summer while playing in the Kenner League, and that was evident tonight. He made a couple of baskets, including two three-pointers. He also fed Dino Gregory on a successful alley-hoop midway through the scrimmage. Gregory, assumably, was attempting to make up for his miss during the player introductions. Dave Neal finished the performance with a slam dunk.

Maryland and Gary Williams - get crushed on the recruiting trail - again:
City College forward C.J. Fair committed to Syracuse yesterday, according to Baltimore Stars official Troy Franklin.
Fair, a 6’7 junior, is rated the No. 45 player in the 2010 class by Rivals.com.
10 % graduation rate for Maryland Basketball - nice job, Gary Williams (he said with a heavy dose of sarcasm !)
I can't believe that Debbie Yow, has not fired Gary Williams.
There is no way, that a parent should ever send their son to the University of Maryland to play basketball.
Maryland will finish with a 15-16 record and 4-12 in the ACC.
No NCAA bid
No NIT bid
I am glad that Maryland football, is no longer recruiting Tavon Austin.
Go Tar Heels !
