Friedgen on ACC Teleconference

On today’s ACC teleconference, Ralph Friedgen talked about the need to get well and get better this week. He said it is still hard to face good friend Frank Beamer after all these years “but we’re in the same league so we are going to do it.”

Regarding Thursday night games, he said the home team usually has an even bigger home-field advantage than it would normally have for Saturday games; the home team just gets a little more juiced up for Thursday night affairs.

Expect no meaningful update on running back Da’Rel Scott and linebacker Dave Philistin until Nov. 6. Friedgen said he would rather wait on that.
