Which Bowl Catches Your Eye?
With three games left, all options are on the table for Maryland in terms of bowl possibilities. The Terps can probably wind up in any one of nine bowl games, so there is not much narrowing down at this point. But let's say Maryland does not make the Orange, Gator or Chick-fil-A. In that case, where would you want Maryland to go?

The Music City Bowl would be cool. We haven't been to Nashville before.

Eagle Bank would be good because it is in DC and we would have another Maryland-Navy matchup, which we need more of. Furthermore, when was the last time the Maryland Terrapins played a football game in the District of Columbia.

if they play in the Eagle Bank Bowl maybe some of the "rabid" fans will find their way there

Just when you thought you got rid of the vermin.
I loved this result:
Iowa 24
UPS 23
I have seen better defense in a powder puff football game (he said with a dose of sarcasm).
UPS's national title hopes went down the toilet. They will lose to Michigan State and go to the Outback Bowl. This will definitely hurt their recruiting (except for potential con's). Dwayne Williams will be playing in the CFL (or working at Cluck-U) in 2 years.
I am glad Butch Davis will be going to the University of Tennessee.

There was an article I read a while back that stated Maryland would have trouble playing in the bowl in DC becuase it was so early it was either the week of exams or their graduation day.
