Hello, Boise

You are reading this blog as my plane touches down in Boise, Idaho. I love this town. I enjoyed the stop-over in Vegas as well. I will grab my luggage, hop into a rental car, check into my Courtyard Marriott and head straight to Maryland’s practice. I’ll have an update later today plus a full report on the scene in Boise later tonight, or early tomorrow morning. Today’s practice is Maryland’s final one before the game. The Terrapins will also have a walk-through tomorrow. Coach Ralph Friedgen was not crazy about the lack of practice time, but there was no way around it because of the holiday and the distance to the game. If Friedgen had kept players in College Park for the holiday, he felt it would have hurt morale. Anyway, I’m walking off the plane now. Stay tuned.
