Okay, I'll Admit It...

I admit it. If Maryland does not head to Boise, as much of the free world expected it to at 10 p.m. Saturday night, I could be in a heap of trouble. Around that time, after I got off the phone with former colleague Adam "ATM" Kilgore, I took another spoonful of clam chowder up in Boston, made a few mouse clicks and bought a $680 flight to Boise, Idaho.

So here is hoping no one starts tearing up contracts and rolling out the red carpet for a certain undefeated MAC team. But the signs are not promising. And I am getting more than a little nervous. That potential Boise State-Ball State showdown is starting to generate some buzz.
