Ferrara Puts Terps On The Board
Freshman kicker Nick Ferrara drilled a 38-yard field goal with 12:17 left in the first quarter. After throwing an interception on his first pass attempt, Chris Turner went right back to the air on Maryland's second offensive play, tossing a 45-yard completion to Torrey Smith. At that point, the drive stalled and Ferrara was called on to do his thing.

Why is it that we can never hear the referees at Maryland home games? The microphone NEVER seems to work. This has been an issue for years. I find it embarrassing that a major school can't get somethign so simple right.
