Fulper to Start
The word out here at Byrd Stadium is that true freshman Bennett Fulper is to start at left guard in place of sophomore Lamar Young.
Coach Ralph Friedgen has praised Fulper’s development in recent weeks. It looks like the 6-foot-4, 290-pound Fulper will likely get his opportunity to start tonight against James Madison. No official announcement yet.
Tight end Lansford Watson will not play. He was not on the injury report.
