Punter Baltz Likely Out at Least Two Weeks
Maryland Coach Ralph Friedgen just finished his Sunday teleconference with reporters.
Punter Travis Baltz is expected to be out at least two weeks, Friedgen said.
Friedgen is uncertain about right tackle Paul Pinegar’s availability for Saturday’s game but remains optimistic.
Lots of talk about youth again in the teleconference. Friedgen said he will continue to work with players and remain optimistic about improvement.
“I am planning on getting better,” he said. “I am not looking at it like everyone else.”
More tomorrow morning...
