End 1st Quarter -- Clemson 10, Maryland 0
Not a great start for the Terps. Maryland did not record a first down until less than a minute remained in the opening quarter. Anthony Wiseman fumbled a punt. Torrey Smith dropped a kickoff, but recovered it.
As for the scoring, Clemson kicker Richard Jackson connected on a 41-yard field goal and wide reciever Jacoby Ford scored on a 17-yard end around.
On the bright side, Nick Ferrara has done well so far in his punting duties fillling in for the injured Travis Baltz.

Looks like Barno's late-night phone calls didn't have the outcome he wanted. Maybe he would've done better to hit up "late-night" at the south campus dining hall to get a pretzel or some nachos.
