J. Williams Hearing Postponed
The arraignment hearing of Maryland freshman forward Jordan Williams, which originally was scheduled to take place today, was postponed until Monday, Oct. 26.
Williams is charged with assault in the third degree and breach of peace – both of which are misdemeanor offenses – stemming from an incident that occurred the night of Aug. 8 at Alvord Park in Williams’s hometown of Torrington, Conn. Williams was one of five teenagers -- three females and two males -- charged following the incident.
