Goins out for tonight's exhibition
Sophomore forward Steve Goins just walked out onto the court at Comcast Center in street clothes. It appears he will miss tonight's game, likely due to the lingering knee injury that has kept him out of practice recently.
Goins had surgery on the knee in August and initially was expected to miss 4-6 weeks. But discomfort in the knee has persisted. It is unclear when Goins will be able to resume play.
Also, junior forward Dino Gregory is the only Maryland player not on the court warming up with the Terrapins. His whereabouts are unclear at this point.
I'll post more details as they become available.
