Sylven Landesberg: Cavs headed back to Charlottesville
Zach Berman, The Post's Virginia beat writer, reports that Cavaliers guard Sylven Landesberg says the team is headed back to Charlottesville in advance of yet another round of snow. From his Facebook status update:
"on the way back to cville i guess the games getting rescheduled, really wanted this one.."
More on the possible postponement soon.

I like that! I love when the Terps beat UVa (which, let's face it, happens more often than not), but I like that the Cavs' best player wanted this matchup. Dude's a gamer.

What??? Their next game is at Blacksburg on Saturday (another bus trip). There's absolutely no reason to postpone this game. If UNC could make it up a day ahead of time to beat the snow, the Cavs (only a 4-hour bus ride away) can make it. Neither team has an open date on the schedule through the rest of the season, so if this has to get made up, it's not good for either team. The only possibility I see would be the Tuesday before the ACC Tourney (March 9), which would mean that the teams would play a home-at-home (Terps play at UVA on Saturday March 6), and could potentially match up in the first round of the ACC Tournament, meaning three matchups with the same team inside of a week.
