Maryland to get help in AD search
Maryland has hired Neinas Sports Services to assist the search committee charged with finding a replacement for Debbie Yow as athletic director.
The firm, run by Chuck Neinas, has been hired by many schools in need of new athletic directors or coaches for high-profile sports. Neinas was rumored to be involved with Virginia during the Cavaliers' recent search for Al Groh's replacement, and has helped find replacements for the Syracuse and West Virginia football coaching positions.
Neinas is the former commissioner of the Big 8 conference and the former executive director of the College Football Association.
