DeSouza injury update
The official name for the injury suffered by redshirt freshman Pete DeSouza in Thursday’s motor scooter accident: “open reduction internal fixation of both left and right tibia and fibula.”
Essentially, he broke both bones in both lower legs. He remains in intensive care, according to a team spokesperson.
