By Matt Bonesteel

The Post's Dan Steinberg, Cindy Boren, Dan Steinberg, Jonathan Forsythe and LaVar Arrington got together to talk about Maryland basketball, among other things. Check out the video.

One word: Awful. Where does WaPo get these people? Why don't they invite the people who actually cover the teams to come on this "show." Forseyth passable. Arrington over his head. Boren useless. Steinberg more informed but not a good speaker. Is this the best you can do?

Johnny Forskin makes his first appearance on the Terps Insider. Bang! As a former roommate of Fushezzi, JoeMama, H1Dynasty, aviscardo and mine, we can vouch for his Terry-Terrapin credentials.

Barno, I'm surprised he didn't thank you and the crew when he was dishing out credits. But "you know who you are!"

c'mon Pete...we repeteadly hear complaints (and I believe some from you) about wanting more content on the Terrapins Insider.

I love the content of the show, and the discussions. If you don't particularly like the show yet, I would say give them a break. This is their first show, give them a chance to grow.

Lavar always has an interesting take on local sports...Steinberg probably knows more about DC sports than anyone, and Forsythe is a local guy who is a fan of all the local teams, including being an alumnus of Maryland, and a former athlete.

Looking forward to this show, now and into the future.

Can we get a bigger table and a better background? They look like the cutouts South Park uses of real people (ie. Saddam)to mix in with the cartoons against that background.

Also, I realize they are trying to keep it diverse...but seemed like Cindy was struggling to get a word in. I'd suggest narrowing it down to Forsythe, Arrington, and Steinberg

Hard to believe that all of the Kool-Aid drinkers lived together once upon a time. I bet that apartment had three twin beds.

It was a house (not apt) in CP when we all went to school there. Back then we drank bourbon instead of Kool-aid and the only time we shared a bed was when we were double-teaming Tri-Delts.

Maybe find a smaller table?

- Lavarr has some relevant takes on the skins, but hoops and hockey? He's not believable. Speaks in cliches.

- Stein is an entertaining writer, but kermit the frog voice is pretty annoying.

- Studio is definitely nicer, but can we afford a table with enough room for all the panel to put their notes on?

- Skidmarks sets the table well, but we'd like some more shots of the blackberry holster

Hilarious Fushezzi! I hope no swords were crossed.
Partial to Alpha Phi's back in my day.

fushezzi - please. The only slaying going on in that house came during your evening rounds of D&D.

"cupcake" schedule for G-Town? In the BIG EAST? Come on lady......get in that kitchen and make me some dinner.....LOL!

Guess it's not the show for me because I couldn't care less about DC sports except for the Terps. It would be good to have something like that for TI with only the Terp reporters.
