Borders bankrupt: The local twittersphere reacts
After the Borders Group, a chain of 674 bookstores, filed for bankruptcy this morning, the local twittersphere lit up in shock, anger, and with a few I-told-you-so's. Several stores will shut shop in the Washington region.

D.C. neighborhood favorite shuts its doors
A choice DC patio spot closed this weekend, to be replaced by a Panera Bread, Prince of Petworth reported today. Adams Mill Bar and Grill, located just north 18th and Columbia Rd, NW, sold their last inexpensive beers this weekend, at $3 a pop.
