Recession Watch: More Cuts
The Orlando Opera, a 51-year-old company, is getting on the bread line behind Opera Pacific, Connecticut Opera, and the Baltimore Opera, and suspending operations. The company will make an announcement about its future at the end of May.
The Boston Symphony Orchestra has canceled its European tour, which was scheduled for next season.
