Fima and Food

Bronfman: Ready to eat.
I once reviewed the excellent pianist Yefim Bronfman in an appearance at Grand Central Station in an orange suit in a benefit to raise awareness for an organization devoted to fighting hunger in New York City. So his latest news seems apt: on Sunday, Bronfman ("Fima" to his familiars) will appear on the Food Network as a judge on Iron Chef America. This should be an even better fit than Susan Graham on Martha Stewart; one only hopes his humor has a chance to come through. By now, every music blogger in America has already weighed in (no pun intended) on this item -- but how can you resist?
