NCAA tournament 2011: ACC in position for five bids

By Eric Prisbell

The NCAA tournament is sure to be entertaining and unpredictable this season, but attempting to project the 68-field is downright painful. Go ahead and try to find 37 deserving at-large teams. You'll find 32 or 33 and then will have to hold your nose and select teams that have a dearth of top 100 victories or struggling to beat just about anyone these days.

As of today, here's my breakdown of the multi-bid leagues.

ACC (5 teams)
Atlantic 10 (4)
Big 12 (6)
Big East (11)
Big Ten (6)
CAA (2)
MWC (3)
Pac 10 (4)
SEC (5)
