Big East tournament: Syracuse beats St. John's, and we have a Fab Melo sighting

Syracuse freshman center Fab Melo, who pulled a disappearing act throughout the season after coming to Upstate New York as a heralded prep prospect, scored 12 points on 5-of-5 shooting as the Orange defeated St. John's, 79-70, in the Big East tournament quarterfinals.
