In the wake of Sen. Ted Kennedy's death last week, candidates have begun jockeying for the right to replace him in a special election that will be held on Jan. 19. (The special primaries will be on Dec. 8, and, in a state as Democratic as Massachusetts, the winner of the Democratic primary will have a major leg up to be the next Senator.)
