Daily Fix Poll: Who will be the "class clown" of the 2010 freshman class?
By Felicia Sonmez
Politics can be serious business. But it doesn't have to be. Just look at some of the potential members of the freshman class of 2010.
There's Alaska Senate nominee Scott McAdams (D), who's gotten some attention for his humorous campaign ads and his charge that one of his rivals, GOP nominee Joe Miller, would like to "repeal the 20th century."
There's Colorado Senate nominee Ken Buck (R) and West Virginia Senate nominee John Raese (R), both of whom have been known to crack a joke or two on the trail (sometimes with unexpected consequences).
And there's Kentucky Senate nominee Rand Paul (R), some of whose antics in college have garnered attention as of late.
Some House contenders also made our list, including Ben Quayle (R) in Arizona's 3rd District, former Real World star Sean Duffy (R) in Wisconsin's 7th, Joe Garcia (D) in Florida's 25th, Kevin Yoder (R) in Kansas' 3rd and Rick Berg (R) in North Dakota's At-Large District.
Who's your pick for the "class clown" of 2010? After the jump, click on the photo of your favorite candidate to vote, or nominate your own via Twitter! (Use the hashtag "#classof2010" or "#classclown" to vote on your favorites.)
(And congrats to Florida Senate nominee Marco Rubio (R), who was voted "most likely to succeed" in yesterday's Fix Poll.)
