Clinton: Not Counterpunching

Sen. Hillary Clinton

After Edwards took a shot at Clinton's corporate connections, moderator Keith Olbermann gave Clinton a chance to hit back.

She didn't.

"I've noticed that in the last few days that a lot of the other campaigns have been using my name a lot," she said. "I'm here because I think we need to change America, it's not to get in fights with Democrats."

She continued that she had been standing up to the "right wing" for the past 15 years and came out stronger. "If you want a winner, I am your girl," she said to applause.

Clearly the Clinton campaign believes that engaging on every issue with Edwards and Obama is not in her best interests. Will that philosophy hold up for the entire 90 minutes?
