Fast Fix: Do presidential memoirs matter?

The release of former President George W. Bush's "Decision Points" -- a reflection on his eight years in the White House -- is drawing wall-to-wall media coverage this week.

But, if history is any guide, the memoir isn't likely to drastically affect how Bush is viewed by the American public.
