Fast Fix: One popular First Lady

First Lady Michelle Obama celebrates the one-year anniversary of her "Let's Move" campaign to fight childhood obesity today with a series of media appearances designed to tout the program's successes.

From the White House's perspective, the more the public sees of Michelle Obama, the better. The First Lady is extremely popular not just among Democrats but also electorally critical independents; one recent AP poll showed her approval rating over 70 percent with both groups.
