Before CPAC ends tomorrow night, no fewer than eight people looking at national bids in 2012 will have spoken including frontrunning former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.
But, does a strong CPAC performance matter in the fight for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination? Yes and no.
