Why Mike Bloomberg won't run for president (VIDEO)

By Chris Cillizza

On Sunday's "Meet the Press", New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg responded "no way, no how" when asked by moderator David Gregory about whether there was any chance he would run for president as an independent in 2012.

And yet, Bloomberg's actions seem to bely that lack of interest. The latest example? A speech in Washington, D.C. last week in which he decried the two party system and its failure to address the problems facing the country. Bloomberg was also at today's announcement of "No Labels" -- a group aimed at moving politics beyond partisan strictures.

Whether or not Bloomberg actually wants to run, it's virtually impossible to imagine him winning. We explain why in today's "Fast Fix" episode.
