August might be slow in official Washington -- we walked out for lunch yesterday to find the streets all but deserted! -- but primaries in Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Vermont and, yes, even runoffs in Oklahoma, today ensure that the political season remains fast-paced as ever.

Polls in Vermont -- where a competitive Democratic gubernatorial primary is being staged -- close at 7 pm eastern time, followed by Florida and Oklahoma at 8 pm, Arizona at 10 pm and Alaska at 1 am. (No predictions sent in after 8 pm will be counted.)

(Make sure to read our five storylines to watch tonight.)

The Fix will be bringing you live coverage throughout the night (and into the morning) but while you are waiting, why not try your hand at a little political predicting Fix-style?

At stake? An official Fix t-shirt in your preferred size AND the unending adoration of Fixistas everywhere for your political prescience.

In the comments section below, we want two predictions:

1. The order of finish -- with percentages! -- of the Florida Republican gubernatorial primary between state Attorney General Bill McCollum and former health care CEO Rick Scott.

2. The percentage of the vote that Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) wins in his primary race against former Rep. J.D. Hayworth.

And, if that predicting isn't enough to keep you busy for the next four hours, then do yourself a favor and watch Jon Stewart's interview with former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D).
