Primary Update: Ralph Reed Concedes Defeat in Ga.
Ralph Reed, the former Christian Coalition chief and GOP insider, last night lost his bid for the lt. governor nomination in Georgia. And in Alabama, George C. Wallace Jr. lost a primary runoff for the Republican Party's lt. governor nomination.
