Really embarrassing. Please stop it. You have built some credibility with Fix. Why waste it on this idiocy?

GOP loyalists have been denying science as long as I've been alive. For years now there's been no more reliable way to turn gooper trolls into Rage Virus Infected than to mention global warming, the same people who can't name the elements in the top row of the periodic table nor the solar planets suddenly claim to have deep scientific insights and start vomiting blood over "competitiveness." I think we should make scientific literacy a qualification for voting.

Hey, loser. The climate bill passed the House. Despite the Boner reading out of cookbooks to block the vote.
When it passes the Senate are you going to cry?

The paucity of GOP co-conspirators for the Porkulus and other reckless spending also exposed Obama politically... and now looks to be a huge gamble. When all this pork-n-welfare fails to generate any real economic gains, the Democrats will face a bloodbath in 2010.

If I were a generation younger and given to faddish expression I would be writing "ROFL" at this point.
Really, you think that in a mere two years after the utter collapse of the Republican Party that people are going to think of you jokers as fiscally responsible? All the waters of Lethe wouldn't cleanse that poor little hand (apologies to Lady Macbeth).

Well, enjoy Obamamania's waning days, I guess- his poll numbers are headed south in a hurry. Humiliation by Tehran and Pyongyang, coupled to an embarassing defeats on Obamacare and cap-n-trade will deal this arrogant montebank a blow that'll knock him down a couple pegs- something that is both needed and long, long overdue.

By the time 2012 rolls-around... people will cringe at the mere mention of his name- and the GOP could take 40 states running Gilbert Gottfried.

If anyone else wants to debate pResident Obama's "statement" (via Press Secretary) on the King of Pop's death:

Or, "innocent" GTMO detainees:

Oh, this is much better than that Dan Froomkin.
Nicely played, WaPo. This is the kind of accountability journalism Versailles needs.

Chris & Dana,
Although you're not, perhaps, quite ready for Comedy Central just yet, but you're getting better and better--you've definitely got Alton Brown beat. This was one of the best.
So much for style! Now for content: Even though I personally like Specter, this is great news for Sestak--perhaps he actually WILL be able to pull off an upset? The increasing likelihood that Toomey will be the Repub. nominee tosses this race & state to the Dems. no matter what. Crikey, politics in this country is a fascinating business.
Oh, BTW: I hope you're saving some spoof material for Tues. for 'Little Ricky' Lazio who, so I've heard, has announced as Republican candidate for Governor of NEW YORK STATE!
I thought he'd left politics after Hillary wiped the floor with him. Some people (and parties) are gluttons for punishment, aren't they?
Chris: enjoy moving house, but keep an eye on Mrs. Fix: it's precisely at times like this that one's favourite T-shirt (the comfy one with all the holes and illegible lettering), or the running shoes which are so perfectly broken in that one's little toe tends to break out of them, or those file folders dating back to 1999 which never get looked at but are nonetheless essential, all tend to go missing, never more to be found again at the new residence.

Hi:
Could you use Youtube for these videos? The player doesn't work no matter which browser I use or how many times I upgrade the flash player!
