Romney -- Ugh
A very tough moment just now for Romney when FNC's Carl Cameron ("Campaign Carl" for those in the know) interviewed a man whose son is serving in Iraq. The man condemned Romney for comparing the work his sons are doing to get him elected to that of the soldiers in combat.
The man, a deputy sheriff, said he was "offended" and added that Romney "never should have said it."
Romney did his best to put on a good face, agreeing that "there is no comparison of course". He did not, however, again apologize for his remarks.
