President Barack Obama will address the country tonight on his Administration's ongoing attempt to contain the oil spill in the Gulf Coast, an important moment from a policy and political perspective as he seeks to pivot from the defense he has largely played on the issue to date.
Results in the Alabama, Mississippi and New Mexico primaries won't start rolling in for another 90 minutes (or more) but as they do, we will be monitoring the proceedings throughout the night.
